EcoShelves' Profitability
To begin with, here is a graph computing the estimated sales revenue and the costs. On the one hand, the sales are expected to grow sharply. On the other hand, the operating costs are decreasing steadily over the period. As we can see, the operating revenue should become higher than the operating costs over the years, leading to profitability.
It is worth noting however that a great part of the cost comes from the amortization in fixed assets. Once the amortization phase is over, the profitability of Ecoshelves should be maximum.
To conclude we can say that, even if at first it appears to be a non-profitable project, we are confident the company can be profitable later on.
