Survey results and methodology
Methodology
To conduct our survey, we went to different shops and markets in Brussels that specialize in organic, local and seasonal food to find out who the consumers of these types of products were and what they were looking for in these products. We also briefly presented our project, to see people's reactions and concerns. Then, we published the survey in several specialized groups online, in order to have more participants.
This survey was aimed at people who purchase organic, local and seasonal food on a regular basis (at least once a month). The people that did not fit this criteria were not able to answer further questions and where not taken into account in our marketing plan.
